Our client is a High Net Worth Business Individual from Saudi Arabia who has numerous business interests including high end perfume networks across the Middle East. A forward thinker, she seeks a Personal Assistant as a true “right hand” to support her business and personal needs globally. This role requires significant international travel with home base being Riyadh for approximately 6 months of the year.
The balance of the year is spent travelling internationally across Europe, the United States, South America, Asia and the Middle East region. We therefore seek a capable and intuitive PA that takes pride in their ability, is confidential and able to anticipate requirements and keep one step ahead of quite a hectic schedule.
- Diary management including meeting scheduling and confirmations.
- Meeting attendance with Managing Director including agenda preparation, minute taking and all follow up on action items.
- Research and review of business data and drafting of documents.
- Letter preparation and response as well as compiling of reports.
- Travel coordination including flights, accommodation and all other hospitality requirements.
- Event organization, as required.
- Handling of day to day issues as they arise as is a very varied role.
- Ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Diploma qualification preferred but not essential.
- Must be capable, highly organized and intuitive to meet business needs.
- Highly organized individual who displays diplomacy with strong personal values.
- Exceptional English language written and spoken skills.
- Strong computer literacy including Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Display confidence when dealing with others, along with well-developed written and verbal communications skills.
- As the position is multi-task oriented, sound judgment in establishing priorities, responding to inquiries and coordinating workflow is expected.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal direction.
