Business Analyst in Insurance Processes (P&C + Motor)
- Lead client workshops to capture, clarify, and validate current state processes across insurance operations domains.
- Current State Process Documentation
- Document AS-IS processes in Property & Casualty and Motor insurance areas using structured business process standards.
- Stakeholder Requirements Analysis
- Engage business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and formalize operational workflows.
- Process Modeling and Structuring
- Translate workshop outputs into clear process models aligned with business process management methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with operational and technical teams to ensure process accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Insurance Sector Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the insurance sector, particularly Property & Casualty and Motor insurance domains.
- Business Process Management Expertise
- Solid expertise in business process management principles, methodologies, and structured process documentation practices.
- Advanced English Proficiency
- English at C1 level, enabling professional workshop facilitation and clear stakeholder communication.
- Business and Data Analysis Skills
- Proven experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or process-focused analytical positions.
- Workshop Facilitation Experience
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead client workshops and effectively document operational processes.
