Your key duties

We are seeking an experienced Schedule & Reporting Analyst to lead the planning, monitoring, and performance reporting of complex projects and programs. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated schedules, tracking progress against key milestones, and producing clear, insight driven reports that support strategic and operational decision making. The Schedule & Reporting Expert will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure transparency, predictability, and on time delivery across the portfolio.

  • Monitor schedule performance, analyse variances and critical paths, and propose mitigation actions to keep projects on track.
  • Establish and manage standardised reporting frameworks and dashboards for schedule, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Produce regular reporting packs (weekly, monthly, executive) summarising status, risks, issues, and forecast completion dates.
  • Collaborate with project managers, cost controllers, and PMO teams to ensure consistency between schedule, budget, and scope baselines.
  • Support risk and scenario analysis (what if simulations) to assess schedule impacts of changes, delays, and mitigation options.
  • Ensure data quality and governance for all schedule and reporting inputs, including the timely updating of project information.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling standards, templates, and reporting processes across the organisation.
Your skills and experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling, planning, and reporting on large or complex projects (e.g., construction, infrastructure, real estate, or capital projects).
  • Proven expertise with professional planning tools such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, including resource and baseline management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret schedule data, identify trends, and clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, including scope, risk, and change control, and how they impact schedule.
  • Experience developing and maintaining structured reporting packs and dashboards (e.g., in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to challenge, influence, and support senior stakeholders.
