We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to manage and optimize the organization’s purchasing and supplier management functions. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement, timely sourcing, and strong vendor relationships while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, ordering, and delivery
Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations and stores teams
Prepare and analyze cost comparisons, quotations, and contracts
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement plans
Manage procurement budgets and control purchasing costs
Coordinate with finance, logistics, and project teams for smooth operations
Handle contract renewals, vendor agreements, and tender processes
Resolve supply issues, delays, and quality concerns efficiently
Stay updated on market trends and alternative sourcing options
Essential QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
Prior experience in the Middle East (preferred)
Experience in handling large-scale purchasing operations
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Excellent analytical and cost-management abilities
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good knowledge of procurement laws, contracts, and compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple suppliers and projects simultaneously
Leadership and team management skills
