As a Business Analyst, you will play a core role on our consulting teams, helping deliver insightful analysis, structured problem‑solving, and practical recommendations that create real impact. Because every client engagement is unique, your time at Ektis will give you diverse, hands‑on exposure across industries, topics, and geographies.

You will work closely with a tight‑knit, collaborative team that values curiosity, ownership, and authenticity, giving you the freedom to grow, contribute, and shape your career from day one.

• Conduct structured research, data analysis, market scans, and benchmarking to support project hypotheses and recommendations.
• Contribute to project work streams by preparing analysis, building early insights, and supporting client problem‑solving discussions.
• Help prepare client deliverables, including slides, models, and supporting materials for workshops, interviews, and presentations.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal materials, pitch preparation, and case study development.
• Assist in developing internal knowledge assets such as research summaries, frameworks, templates, and thought‑leadership inputs.
• Participate in firm‑building initiatives including training, recruiting activities, and internal knowledge‑sharing.
