Asset Management Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

• Provide financial analysis and market research support to the asset management team, including preparing models, reports, and presentations to assess property performance and investment opportunities.
• Manage the business intelligence system to automate reporting and performance tracking, ensure data accuracy, and support strategic asset lifecycle management and portfolio optimization.
• The role contributes to the organization’s financial and operational performance by ensuring that assets are efficiently managed, utilized, and aligned with strategic objectives.

• Assist in developing and maintaining the asset management strategy and long-term planning framework.
• Provide oversight of business intelligence system and management of the data platform
• Perform reviews on assets in the RSG portfolio. This may include an evaluation/benchmarking of an operating department, supply and demand analysis, repositioning strategies, marketing deployment or other special projects as required.
• Assist in preparing portfolio performance reviews and annual budget presentations.
• Model complex cash flows, waterfalls and partnership structures to report asset performance
• Reporting monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio performance to key internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely, useful, and accurate reports consistent with senior management and external third-party requirements.
• Assist in contract reviews by supporting the evaluation of terms, identifying key obligations and risks, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objective
• Support in the development of asset maintenance and lifecycle cost models to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with procurement and facilities teams to ensure seamless onboarding, tagging, and tracking of new assets.
• Plan and coordinate the team’s schedules prioritizing key actions.
• Assist in planning and execution of new asset openings.
• Assist in forecasting supply and demand requirements for all Non-Hospitality assets.
• Assist in data inputs within the Asset Managements software applications such as the Catering and Laundry management systems.
• Tracking of feedback and other tools to maximize the efficiency and output of the teams KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in asset management, lifecycle analysis, or capital planning.
• Experience in using asset management systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, IBM TRIRIGA) is highly preferred.
• Experience in data analysis, performance reporting, and asset valuation is desirable
• Exceptional ability to deliver reports, presentations to a wide working group.
• Ability to review, analyses and present tangible data sets and recommendations based on collected data
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Track record in driving change in organizations
