To coordinate between contractors and AIC Facility Management to oversee factory cleaning and painting activities, ensuring timely execution and quality standards in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Accountability Areas

To coordinate between contractors and AIC Facility Management to oversee factory cleaning and painting activities, ensuring timely execution and quality standards in line with company policies and procedures.

Facility Maintenance & Housekeeping
  • Plan and monitor periodic repainting works, ensuring proper surface preparation and coordination with maintenance and safety teams.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify cleanliness or maintenance gaps and follow up for timely corrective action.
  • Support preventive maintenance coordination with Facility Management for common areas and shop‑floor facilities.
Waste Management
  • Supervise the waste segregation process on the shop floor, ensuring proper separation of plastic, carton, and general waste by all teams in accordance with company and environmental standards.
  • Oversee the operation of the three carton compactors within Alfanar Industrial City, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous operation.
  • Monitor and record daily waste volumes and coordinate timely transfer and disposal through approved channels.
  • Conduct awareness sessions with shop‑floor teams to improve compliance with segregation and recycling practices.
  • Liaise with environmental and safety departments to maintain adherence to waste handling and disposal regulations.
Administrative Support & Coordination
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for general services activities, including cleaning, repainting, and waste‑handling operations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and internal departments for scheduling, work permits, and service confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for inspections, reports, and performance tracking of contractors and in‑house teams.
Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure all cleaning, repainting, and waste segregation activities comply with Alfanar’s HSE procedures and safety regulations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
  • Participate in audits and inspections conducted by the HSE and Environmental departments.
Supervision & Contractor Management
  • Supervise outsourced cleaning and repainting teams; assign work areas, monitor progress, and ensure quality output.
  • Verify attendance, service completion, and adherence to contractual scope before approving invoices.
  • Supervise daily waste segregation and compaction activities performed by shop‑floor teams and support staff.
  • Ensure proper coordination among contractors, cleaning supervisors, and production departments to maintain seamless facility operations.
HR Proficiency
  • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.
Delivery
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Problem‑Solving
  • Solve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.
Quality
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Business Process Improvements
  • Coordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance
  • Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment
  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high‑quality products/services.
Academic Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.

2 to 4 Years.
