** Your key duties
** We are seeking an experienced RFP & Tendering Analyst to lead and manage end to end proposal and tendering activities for complex projects and services. The role is responsible for coordinating the preparation of high quality RFP responses, managing tender processes, and ensuring compliance with internal governance and client requirements. The RFP & Tendering Expert will work closely with technical, commercial, legal, and leadership teams to develop winning strategies and submissions that are competitive, accurate, and aligned with business objectives

As an RFP and Tendering Analyst, you will play a key role in managing, developing, and delivering high-quality proposals and tender submissions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Lead the full lifecycle of RFP, RFQ, and tender submissions from opportunity identification to final submission and clarification.
* Analyse client RFP/tender documents to extract requirements, evaluation criteria, timelines, and risks, and translate them into clear response plans.
* Coordinate inputs from technical, financial, legal, and operational teams to produce complete, coherent, and compliant proposals.
* Develop proposal structures, storylines, and value propositions that clearly articulate differentiators and win themes.
* Prepare and review commercial and technical submissions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with pricing and delivery assumptions.
* Manage tender registers, submission schedules, clarifications, and correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Support bid/no bid decisions with structured assessments of strategic fit, risk, competitiveness, and resource implications.
* Ensure adherence to internal approval processes, governance, and documentation standards for all bids and proposals.
* Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of templates, content libraries, and bid management processes.
** Your skills and experience
*** Minimum 5 years of experience in RFP, tendering, or bid management roles, preferably in engineering, construction, real estate, consulting, or related sectors.
* Proven track record of managing and submitting successful proposals for medium to large, complex opportunities.
* Strong understanding of commercial terms, procurement processes, and typical contract structures in B2B or public sector environments.
* Excellent writing, editing, and document structuring skills, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and client focused content.
* Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple concurrent bids, tight deadlines, and cross functional stakeholders.
* Proficiency with standard office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with e tendering platforms and portals
