Business Development Executive

Luxury Fit-Out | High-End Furniture | Office Projects

At FEIZO Design & Fit-Out, we are hiring a Business Development Executive with strong, verified market relationships and direct exposure to PIF, government, semi-government, and luxury real estate development projects.

This position is not entry-level. It requires a professional who is already active in the market and capable of engaging with high-level stakeholders.

• Generate qualified opportunities within PIF, government, and semi-government projects.
• Actively develop business in luxury real estate, high-end residential, hospitality, and premium office developments.
• Maintain strong working relationships with developers, consultants, PMC teams, architects, and decision-makers.
• Support the full business cycle from first meeting through contract signing and payment milestones.
• Represent FEIZO at a professional level aligned with luxury and institutional standards.

• Proven experience in luxury fit-out projects (non-negotiable).
• Solid background in high-end furniture & FF&E.
• Demonstrated exposure to PIF, government, or semi-government projects.
• Strong network within luxury real estate developers and institutional clients.
• Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and project leadership.
