- Gathering requirements from the stakeholder's and cross-functionalities to develop new features and enhance existing ones.
- Grooming and prioritizing the backlog
- Creating a product road map based on this vision
- Finalizing the business priority backlogs
- Developing the user and creating a story to define acceptance criteria
- Analyze metrics to continually improve the company products, such as international remittance, cards and payments, wallet and value-added service, marketplace, food backup, and international transfer.
- Managing the company product development cycles
- Testing and refining the product
- Ensure the products meet specific objectives as outlined by stakeholders.
- Conduct a final review and submit their approval before releasing the product.
- Write acceptance tests.
- Plan releases and upgrades.
- Follow the progress of work and address production issues during sprints.
- Provide weekly reports and updates on the products.
- Find the solution to the company product development.
- Create a clear roadmap to ensure the backlog is fully controlled every quarter.
- Translate user needs into product needs, ensuring products are created for the highest success rate possible.
- Providing insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis
- Defining product requirements and creating user stories for development teams
- Ensure all the required documents from SAMA are prepared to obtain a non-objection letter.
- Define and improve business opportunities and scope in business requirements in order to analyze them.
