Leads or works in a PMO in a complex longer‑term Sales project (≥ 12 months) as a dedicated project resource. In this role you are (co‑)responsible for outcome and/or budget, applying project management and functional Sales know‑how.

• Manages Sales projects, defines deliverables and provides definitive advice and interpretation of situations;
• Works on and/or ensures that goals and project milestones are met and approved budgets are managed appropriately;
• If responsible for project budget, tracks single project budget line.

Project Associate Sales:
Leads or works in a complex longer‑term Sales project (12 months) as a dedicated project resource. In this role you are (co‑)responsible for outcome and/or budget, applying project management and functional know‑how.

• Participates or manages Sales projects, defines deliverables and provides definitive advice and interpretation of situations.
• Works on and/or ensures that goals and project milestones are met and approved budgets are managed appropriately.
• If responsible for project budget: tracks single project budget line.

Accountability:

• Responsible for delivery of assigned tasks

• Directed in several aspects of their work

• More straightforward tasks are accomplished without assistance

• Provides administrative or technical support.

Complexity:

• Resolves issues with limited complexity within general work direction and clearly defined framework of departmental / functional guidelines and practices.

Experience:

• General proficiency with tools and procedures required to accomplish the job.

Communication:

• Develops collaborative work relationships within own team and within limited scope cross‑functional.

• Communicates within work assignment clearly, in a way that others can understand.

• Communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback within the team.
