Product Development Specialist

Job Overview

As a Product Manager at Waseel, you will own the full product lifecycle for one or more of our SaaS solutions, from discovery to delivery and growth. You will work in a cross‑functional squad to build scalable, secure, and user‑centric products that solve real problems for healthcare providers and insurers in Saudi Arabia. Your role will be a mix of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and hands‑on execution, driving product initiatives that directly impact our mission.

• Define and prioritize product features aligned with Waseel's vision, business goals, and customer needs.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment across squads.
• Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation through development, testing, launch, and post‑launch evaluations.
• Write clear and concise product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, design, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Lead sprint planning and participate actively in daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product usage, adoption, and performance metrics through tools and feedback loops.
• Partner with customer success and sales to improve customer onboarding, retention, and satisfaction.
• Act as the voice of the product internally and externally.

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in crafting and successfully launching impactful B2B SaaS products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused mindset, with a passion for understanding user needs and enhancing user experience.
• Familiarity with tools for project management and product development such as JIRA, SQL, is a plus.
