Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Marketplace Manager I at Avnzor.
This role is focused on owning and scaling Avnzor’s marketplace operations across Noon, Amazon, Jahez, and Trendyol. You will be responsible for revenue growth, catalog management, operational accuracy, advertising optimization, and platform compliance.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end marketplace operations across Noon, Amazon, Jahez, and Trendyol
- Driving revenue growth and improving marketplace profitability
- Managing product listings, catalog accuracy, and content optimization
- Ensuring correct pricing, promotions, and inventory levels
- Monitoring stock health and preventing overselling or penalties
- Managing marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Noon Ads, etc.)
- Improving product ranking and organic visibility
- Handling account health, compliance, and performance metrics
- Coordinating with supply chain to ensure fulfillment readiness
- Analyzing performance data and providing structured reporting
- Aligning marketplace promotions with Avnzor’s commercial calendar
This is not a listing-upload role — this is a revenue and channel ownership role

- Proven experience managing large seller accounts on Amazon, Noon, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and ranking factors
- Experience managing marketplace advertising and performance budgets
- Strong analytical skills (sales data, margin tracking, performance reporting)
- Experience handling account health and performance compliance
- Knowledge of fulfillment models (FBA, FBM, Noon Express, etc.)
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy and promotion mechanics
- Experience managing large SKU catalogs preferred
- Familiarity with GCC ecommerce landscape preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ecommerce, or related field preferred
We are looking for someone who understands that:
- Marketplaces are margin-sensitive channels
- Poor account health can shut down revenue overnight
- Inventory planning prevents penalties and lost ranking
- Advertising must be tied to contribution margin
- Each marketplace requires a different strategy
- You should think in terms of channel profitability, structured growth, ranking optimization, and operational discipline — not just uploading products.
