Your role and responsibilities

As a Client Technical Architect, you will create and maintain strong, trusted client relationships at all levels within the client's business. You will design solution recommendations for clients, applying your broad technical skills, industry knowledge, and business acumen expertise. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Design Solution Recommendations:
    Apply broad technical skills, industry knowledge, and business acumen expertise to create solution recommendations that leverage IBM technologies, architectures, integrated solutions, and offerings to solve client business challenges and deliver value.
  • Develop Client Relationships:
    Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients at all levels within their business, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Deliver Value to Clients:
    Use industry knowledge and technical expertise to identify opportunities to deliver value to clients, developing solutions that meet their business needs and drive results.

    Skills:

    Exposure to various technologies, architectures, and integrated solutions, with the ability to apply this knowledge to design solution recommendations that meet client business needs.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Experience working with clients in multiple industries, with a deep understanding of the business challenges and opportunities that exist within them.
  • Business Acumen Expertise:
    Exposure to business operations and processes, with the ability to analyze client business needs and develop solutions that drive results.
  • Solution Design:
    Experience designing solution recommendations that leverage technologies, architectures, and integrated solutions to solve business challenges and deliver value to clients.
  • Client Relationship Building:
    Experience working with clients at all levels within their business, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Industry Knowledge Expertise:
    Experience working with clients in multiple industries, with a deep understanding of the business challenges and opportunities that exist within them, is beneficial for success in this role.
  • Broad Technical Skillset:
    Exposure to various technologies, architectures, and integrated solutions, with the ability to apply this knowledge to design solution recommendations, is a plus.
  • Business Operations Understanding:
    Familiarity with business operations and processes, with the ability to analyze client business needs and develop solutions that drive results, is advantageous.
