About Intelmatix:
Intelmatix is a deep tech AI company founded by a group of MIT technologists with the vision of transforming enterprises to become cognitive. A cognitive enterprise is one that uses AI and Decision Intelligence in making their decisions. This leads to better business decisions with improved accuracy, reduced errors, and better outcomes across various aspects of the business. Intelmatix has established a global presence with three strategically located offices.
These offices are situated in Riyadh, London, and Boston, enabling the company to operate internationally and collaborate with diverse businesses worldwide.
As the Director of Product & GM at Intelmatix, you will own both the strategic product vision and the commercial success of Intelmatix’s AI and Decision Intelligence products. In this senior leadership role, you will drive end-to-end outcomes—from identifying the highest-value customer problems, to building and scaling world‑class solutions, to taking those solutions to market, winning customers, and growing revenue.
You will lead high‑performing product teams and foster deep collaboration across design, AI/ML, engineering, and delivery, while also partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success (or directly owning elements of these functions where needed). You’ll act as a “mini‑GM” for your product portfolio: owning the roadmap and the number, shaping positioning, crafting the narrative, and ensuring products consistently deliver measurable customer impact.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will champion a customer‑centric approach—balancing business objectives with technical feasibility and user experience—while maintaining direct, hands‑on engagement with customers and prospects. You will also ensure that all products meet the four critical success criteria: they must be valuable (customers want them), feasible (we can develop them), usable (customers can easily use them), and viable (they align with Intelmatix’s business strategy and drive sustainable growth).
You will guide teams to navigate complex challenges, streamline workflows, and maintain focus on delivering high‑impact results—while ensuring market feedback loops directly inform product decisions and execution.
Success in this role looks like: a clear, credible product strategy; fast learning cycles with customers; a roadmap tied to revenue and adoption; a repeatable pitch that lands; and a growing portfolio of delighted customers with measurable outcomes.
