Project Controller

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project and departmental budgets and forecasts, including variance tracking.
• Adjust projections based on project progress and cost trends.

• Maintain cost control systems and ensure expenditures, invoices, and change orders comply with approved limits and contractual requirements.
• Review, validate, approve, or elevate invoices according to delegation‐of‐authority procedures.

• Coordinate with project managers and vendors on procurement, financial tracking, and cost alignment with schedules and scope.
• Ensure correct cost‑code allocation and proper processing of project expenditures.
• Prepare cost reports, dashboards, and cash‑flow projections, and support periodic financial reporting cycles.
• Identify and communicate financial risks and performance issues to leadership.

• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and inefficiencies in financial processes.
• Recommend improvements to systems and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in cost control within capital projects or operational environments.
• Practical experience in budgeting, reporting, and cost control activities.
• Familiarity with project life cycles and cost‑tracking tools.
• Experience in regulated or manufacturing environments (preferred).
