About the Role:
Senior Business Development
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (Part-Time) to support our growth in the Gulf market, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has proven experience in business development or business consulting, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships in a competitive market.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Gulf market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct market research and identify new leads and partnerships
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Report regularly on sales pipeline, performance, and market insights
- Proven track record (1-2 years) in B2B business development or sales leadership, preferably within localization, translation, language services or Business Consultations.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset with demonstrable experience in complex proposal development, pricing and contract negotiation.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous.
- Confident communicator and presenter, experienced in engaging senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
- Practical experience with CRM systems, MS Office and sales reporting tools; comfortable analyzing data to drive decisions.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones and cultural contexts.
- Customer-focused, resilient and highly organized—able to manage competing priorities and deliver consistent results under pressure.
- Experience in coaching or leading more junior team members is desirable.
- Previous experience in Business Development
, preferably within Business Consulting - Saudi nationality is preferred
, or Arabs who have lived and worked in Saudi Arabia for a long period - Strong understanding of the Saudi / Gulf business environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
