Senior Finance Business Partner

We are currently working with a leading FMCG organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner, GCC, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position will act as a strategic finance partner to the commercial organisation, owning end to end financial planning, performance management, and decision support across the GCC, with a strong focus on driving profitable growth, margin expansion, and disciplined investment behind the brand portfolio.

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to shape commercial strategy, challenge assumptions, and drive fact based decision making across the GCC
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling outlooks, ensuring clear visibility on topline, margin, trade spend and ROI
• Own commercial performance reporting, identifying risks and opportunities and translating insights into actions with stakeholders
• Build business cases for key initiatives including pricing, promotions, innovation, and route to market changes, ensuring strong governance and value delivery
• Drive cost and working capital discipline across the commercial agenda, supporting sustainable profitability and cash generation
• Support distributor and customer performance reviews where relevant, ensuring commercial terms and execution are aligned to financial targets

• Minimum requirement of 8 to 12 years’ experience within FMCG (or related) finance, ideally in a business partnering or commercial finance role
• Strong understanding of trade spend, pricing, promotions, and commercial ROI, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders
• GCC experience is strongly preferred, with exposure to distributor models and complex multi market environments a plus
• Highly analytical, commercially minded, and able to translate data into clear recommendations and actions
