Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager – B2B Development supports the operational execution of third-party partner management. This role focuses on coordination, data management, reporting, and partner support to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the B2B Development function.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support partner identification, onboarding, and administrative processes
  • Maintain accurate partner records, contracts, and profiles within CRM systems
  • Coordinate partner training logistics, materials, and follow-ups
  • Track partner activity, leads, and pipeline updates
  • Prepare recurring reports on partner engagement and performance
  • Support partner communications and updates
  • Assist with incentive tracking, commission coordination, and documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve operational or data-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with approved partner governance and processes

Qualification and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales support, partnerships, or business development operations
  • Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication and organizational capabilities
