Position: Corporate Performance Expert

C2 company, marking a pivotal step in the development of the Saudi airports sector. The company manages and operates airports, including domestic and international airports. The company aims to build an advanced network of airports that supports tourism and enhances services quality and operational efficiency to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 by developing airports and enhancing the investment opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Work with different teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that support strategic performance, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure that KPIs are measurable and provide accurate insights into performance.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure KPIs remain aligned with changing objectives or economic conditions.
  • Develop mechanisms to collect data from all departments, including HR, Finance, and Operations.
  • Use analytical techniques to understand current performance and identify performance gaps between actual and target levels.
  • Prepare periodic reports to present results to management along with data‑driven recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed reports that include financial and operational performance analysis, supported by charts and dashboards.
  • Analyze short‑term and long‑term trends, including evaluation of internal and external factors affecting performance.
  • Provide practical recommendations to improve performance based on analyzed data.
  • Use time‑series analysis tools to understand how performance evolves over time.
  • Conduct deep data analysis to understand the impact of market or regulatory changes.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast future performance and provide proactive recommendations to management.
  • Conduct periodic assessments of individual and team performance using various methods such as 360‑degree reviews.
  • Analyze evaluation results to identify areas that require improvement or reinforcement.
  • Work with teams to develop performance improvement strategies such as enhancing productivity, process efficiency, or customer experience.
  • Monitor the implementation of strategies and evaluate their impact on performance.
  • Update improvement plans based on observations and results to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Organize regular meetings to discuss performance, improvements, and key inquiries.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by providing consistent updates on performance and developments.
  • Review operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
  • Research and apply best practices from leading industries to improve performance.
  • Develop clear procedures aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Establish an effective system for managing performance‑related documents to ensure organization and easy access.
  • Ensure documents are updated regularly to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Document all processes and recommendations to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Data Analysis, or any related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in the same field.
