Business Development Director – Facility Management
Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director with deep, hands-on experience in the Facility Management (FM) market in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strategic yet operational leader who can drive growth across Total Facilities Management (TFM), align commercial strategy with technical delivery, and build long-term client partnerships across both public and private sectors.
Responsibilities- Lead and execute FM business development strategy, aligned with the company’s growth objectives and market positioning in Saudi Arabia.
- Identify, qualify, and convert FM opportunities across mega projects, use developments, infrastructure, hospitality, healthcare, aviation, and government sectors.
- Own the end-to-end bid lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, go/no-go decisions, commercial structuring, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
- Work closely with Operations, Technical, CAFM, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure commercially sound and technically robust proposals.
- Drive effective use of CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts, client interactions, and conversion metrics.
- Mentor and develop the BD and bidding teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Proven senior-level experience in Business Development within Facility Management in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Strong technical understanding of FM/TFM combined with solid commercial and financial acumen.
- Demonstrated success in winning and managing large-scale, complex FM contracts.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset.
- Deep understanding of Saudi FM market dynamics, client expectations, and procurement models.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
