Business Analyst

This role requires a Business Analyst with strong data analysis capabilities, excellent English communication skills, and hands-on experience in reporting and dashboard development to support decision-making and improve business performance.

• Analyze data and transform it into meaningful insights and reports.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Use Excel at an advanced level (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas).
• Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI
  .
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Document business requirements, processes, and gap analyses.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  , especially:
• Excel (Advanced level)
• Power BI (Professional level)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Experience in building executive dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus.
• Experience in corporate, financial, or service-based environments is an advantage
