Manager - Procurement; MAS

Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Procurement (MAS7) to lead our procurement initiatives as we drive towards creating a world-class entertainment destination. This role requires a strategic thinker who will ensure that procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's mission and objectives.

• Support Procurement activities specific to and on behalf of the City Operations teams (including Contracts, RFP, Service orders and Procurement strategy approvals)
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring procurement delivers innovation, resilience, and sustainable value aligned to the business 's commercial and risk objectives
• Monitor supplier performance through KPI's and SLA's
• Prepare periodic procurement reports, including spend analysis, savings tracking, supplier performance and risk updates
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal to understand requirements and improve procurement efficiency
• Other tasks and ad-hoc requirements as assigned by the line manager.

• A Masters's degree in Supply chain, Business Administration or a related field
• A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in Procurement, Commercial or supply chain is required
• Experience in tendering, supplier negotiations, contract management, and category management
• Good communication and presentations skills to deliver commercial insights and reporting for executive leadership
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are an advantage
