Position OverviewWe are looking for an Analyst - Governance who will contribute to the development and implementation of governance practices within Qiddiya. In this role, you will support governance frameworks, ensure compliance with established policies, and provide insights that aid data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining and updating governance policies, procedures and standards
- Provide guidance, support and ensures compliance with Committees and facilitates decision-making through approval forums
- Support the implementation of governance framework and policies
- Maintain, review and update key governance documents to ensure efficient and accountable decision making
- Coordinate compliance tracking across departments and support the audit process
- Support the development of the Operational governance rules and policies
- Provide administrative support to governance meeting and working groups
- A bachelor s degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience Corporate Governance, Strategy or compliance
- Familiarity with governance frameworks, organizational controls and regulatory environments
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience of working in cross-functional teams
