Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager, based in Riyadh. The role involves identifying and pursuing business development opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include strategic planning, preparing proposals, conducting presentations to potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. The role requires monitoring market trends and competition to identify growth areas and adapt strategies effectively.

Qualifications
  • +3 Years of Sales / Business Development management Experience
  • Proven expertise in business development, sales, and account management
  • Strong skills in negotiation, strategizing, and building client relationships
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Experience with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of the fintech or trade industry, and familiarity with blockchain-based solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is advantageous
