Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team and support the efficient sourcing of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in procurement operations, supplier management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, with a strong focus on cost efficiency and compliance.

• Plan and manage procurement requirements in line with business needs
• Source, evaluate, and select local and international suppliers
• Review technical specifications and coordinate with technical departments
• Prepare, analyze, and compare price quotations
• Manage the e‑procurement system and related documentation
• Issue and follow up on purchase orders and monitor deliveries
• Manage supplier contracts and evaluate supplier performance
• Coordinate local and international sourcing, including customs clearance
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and prepare SFDA registration requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and analyze reorder points
• Maintain and update the supplier database
• Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports
• Contribute to cost analysis and cost‑saving initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, quality)
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, confidentiality, and procedures
• Participate in process improvement and procurement system development
