Role OverviewThe VP of Commercial, Sales & Business Solutions will be a strategic executive leader responsible for defining and executing company’s overall commercial & Sales strategy. This role focuses on market expansion, partnerships, business development, and cross-functional alignment to drive sustainable long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership- Define and implement commercial strategy aligned with company vision and develop sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive global market expansion, including market entry strategies and ecosystem development.
- Partner with executive leadership to set revenue goals, assess risks, and shape growth initiatives.
- Build scalable sales processes with strong pipeline management and high conversion rates.
- Oversee pricing strategies, customer segmentation, and channel distribution.
- Drive enterprise, B2B, and solutions-based sales approaches.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, customers, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and oversee strategic partnerships, alliances, and contracts.
- Act as a spokesperson for the company to enhance brand positioning and credibility.
- Partner with product and technology teams to align customer needs with tailored business solutions.
- Provide consultative, value-driven solutions to key clients.
- Influence product roadmap with market and customer insights.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with commercial strategy.
- Partner with product/tech to translate market insights into product direction.
- Work withrian operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
- Lead the business development and partnerships teams.
- Develop and adapt KPIs in line with company’s vision and эффект goals.
- Foster a results-oriented frum entrepreneurial culture with strong accountability.
- Build and nurture high-potential talent for future leadership roles.
- Experience in a senior commercial or business leadership role (e.g., VP Commercial, VP Business Development, VP of Sales, Head of Sales, or similar role in high-growth companies).
- Strong expertise in B2s / enterprise / solutions sales environments / sales forecasting, pipeline management, and account growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong background in go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and international market expansion.
- Expertise in building ecosystems and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
