Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Process Lead to lead the design, optimisation, and governance of end-to-end business processes. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency, standardization, and alignment with strategic objectives across complex organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process design, mapping, and optimisation initiatives
• Establish and maintain process governance frameworks, standards, and controls
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive process re-engineering and improvement
• Align business processes with organizational strategy, KPIs, and client requirements
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to document, standardise, and improve processes
• Define and monitor process performance metrics and improvement targets
• Support digital transformation, automation, and system integration initiatives
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to process improvement teams
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior management

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, or Process Improvement
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional process initiatives
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
• Experience in large-scale programs, consultancy, or government environments is preferred
