Commercial Lead & Associate Director
Position
Purpose:
Maximize revenue from the CSL portfolio by partnering with distributors and agents in designated territories. Develop long-term client relationships, manage tender bids, and create opportunities for future sales growth.
- Achieve annual revenue targets and explore additional revenue opportunities.
- Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and yearly financial budgets.
- Manage tender administration and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
- Build and maintain effective long‑term relationships with key market stakeholders.
- Develop long‑term business plans and provide input to marketing strategies.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field (business/scientific).
- At least 10 years of sales and marketing experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company in the Middle East and/or North Africa region.
- Fluency in English, with Arabic and/or French being a benefit.
- Willingness to travel (30-50% of working time).
Drive for results, negotiating, business acumen, problem‑solving, strategic thinking, decision‑making, ethics and values, and customer focus.
