Thermo Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop the department’s strategies and plans in alignment with the overall sales strategy and ensure their execution.
• Enhance competitiveness and develop activities to strengthen the factory’s market position and increase its market share.
• Prepare and comply with the department’s annual budget.
• Coordinate between branches, warehouses, and the production department to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on the department’s activities and achievements.
• Monitor product pricing and compare with competitors’ prices.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability based on customer needs in coordination with production.
• Manage the sales team and distribute tasks and targets.
• Handle major sales proposals and close key deals.
• Draft contracts and agreements with major clients.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and aging reports and ensure reduction to the lowest possible level.
• Report to the Sales Director regarding workflow, challenges, and recommended solutions.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience
• Ability to develop marketing and sales strategies
• Creativity, innovation, and strong interpersonal communication
