We are looking for an experienced Line Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team covering the entire Kingdom. This role is crucial to driving our market growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring the successful promotion and adoption of our urology product portfolio.
Qualifications and Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales leadership within the urology segment.
- Strong references and established relationships with Urology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across Saudi Arabia.
- Proven record in managing Product Specialists and Technical Specialists.
- Experience in patient temperature management products.
- In-depth knowledge of NUPCO procedures and tender processes.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales funnel tools.
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution mindset.
- Willingness to travel across the Kingdom.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Product Specialists and Technical Specialists to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share within the urology segment.
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking using CRM and funnel metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with urology KOLs, clinicians, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams.
- Coordinate with marketing and clinical teams for product training, launches, and workshops.
- Ensure full sales coverage across all regions in the Kingdom.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Support tender participation and ensure compliance with NUPCO and institutional requirements.
- Promote a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Represent ATH with professionalism and integrity in all business interactions.
This role covers all regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Comprehensive understanding of the NUPCO process is mandatory.
