The 6-month Cooperative Training (COOP) Program at Alvarez & Marsal offers senior undergraduate students the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges in management consulting.
This program provides students with invaluable hands-on experience, professional development, and the chance to work alongside industry-leading consultants. Participants will enhance their skills by contributing to high-impact projects within fast-paced teams.

How you will contributeAs part pf the internship program, you will be integrated into one of our Business Units working alongside experienced professionals on real client projects gaining valuable insight into the consulting process. Expect to contribute to research, data analysis, and problem-solving activities that translate recommendations into action. You will participate in team meetings, support project deliverables, and collaborate with colleagues to help solve business challenges, reflecting A&M’s execution-led approach.
This hands-on experience will develop your skills and prepare you for a potential future career in management consulting.
- Current university student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or any other related field
- A minimum GPA of 3.75 out of 5 or 2.50 out of 4 or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory. You will be required to demonstrate a business-level knowledge of English when communicating (both written and verbal)
- Preferred attributes:
- Demonstrable initiative and ownership in academic, community, or entrepreneurial activities (e.g., leading student clubs, competitions, startups).
- Evidence of resilience and drive - ability to handle fast-paced, ambiguous environments and push through challenges.
- Strong bias to action - turns analysis into tangible outcomes, comfortable taking the lead to get things done.
- Curiosity about Saudi market dynamics and a passion for contributing to Vision-led transformation.
- Team-first mindset with high energy and positive influence on others
The application period for the COOP Program is open until Thursday, 22 January 2026). Alongside your CV, you will be asked to answer questions describing examples of times when you have, for example, shown resilience, turned ideas into action, or taken the lead to get something done.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews starting on 29th January 2026. Interviews will assess your problem-solving, communication in Arabic and English, and evidence of drive and ownership in delivering outcomes
Successful candidates will commence the program on Sunday, 15 March 2026.
