Key Responsibilities
Proactively scan the market to identify new business opportunities, prospects, and partnership potential
Conduct outbound outreach through calls, messages, and emails to initiate conversations with potential partners
Manage the full business development cycle from first contact through meetings, negotiations, and deal closure
Lead and participate in client meetings (online and in-person), clearly communicating the company’s value proposition
Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth onboarding after deal closure
Track activities, meetings, and pipeline progress using CRM or internal tools
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics
Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and networking opportunities
3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related commercial role
Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account acquisition
Strong background in prospecting, cold calling, and managing client meetings
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities in parallel
Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
