We are looking for a Senior Customer Fulfillment Specialist!

Join our international company and be a part of something big! You will report to our Regional FF and Logistic lead.

• Manage end-to-end customer order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Validate order details, product availability, lead times, and shipping requirements.
• Coordinate with Supply/Demand Planning and Manufacturing to align production with customer needs.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary contact for fulfillment inquiries, order changes, and delivery updates.
• Resolve order discrepancies, shortages, and complaints in collaboration with Quality and Logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate order data and ensure compliance with internal policies and delivery conditions.
• Track fulfillment KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer fulfillment, order management, or supply chain operations (preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on root cause and resolution while keeping the customer-first attitude
• English, Arabic language required;
  Chinese is a plus.
