• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in the utilities sector, including at least 4 years in a consulting or strategic advisory capacity
• Strong understanding of utility operations, regulatory frameworks, and transformation trends in the Middle East
• Demonstrated experience working on complex projects or transformation initiatives in the sector
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a MUST
• Prior experience with government entities, regulators, or national utility companies is preferred
