Role Overview:The Global Expansion Manager drives the company’s international growth by overseeing new market entry from feasibility studies to full operational launch.
This role requires a blend of strategic analysis, regulatory navigation, cross-functional coordination, and project execution to ensure each new country is launched efficiently and integrated seamlessly into the organization’s global ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Market Entry & Feasibility- Conduct comprehensive market research for target regions.
- Prepare country entry business cases and present recommendations to leadership.
- Lead license and permit applications with local regulators and authorities.
- Liaise with external consultants, legal firms, and government agencies to ensure full compliance.
- Maintain a repository of entity documents and regulatory updates.
- Oversee entity formation, bank account openings, and hiring setup in new markets.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and HR to achieve go‑live readiness.
- Manage localization projects, ensuring that app/website, payment methods, and customer care channels are adapted to the new country.
- Partner with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to deliver localized experiences.
- Monitor expansion milestones, risk logs, and budgets; report progress weekly to leadership.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for all ongoing and upcoming markets.
- Ensure newly launched entities are fully integrated into global governance detained reporting, and compliance frameworks.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align accounting, HR, and operations processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Economics, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in global expansion, international operations, or strategy consulting.
- Strong understanding of entity setup, compliance, and cross-border operations.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
