Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated and experienced Procurement Manager - Residential to join our team. This role is vital in managing the procurement process specifically for our residential projects, ensuring that all materials, services, and supplies align with our quality standards and project timelines.
As the Procurement Manager for Residential, you will be responsible for sourcing the best suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to identify procurement needs, analyze market trends, and seek innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the procurement activities related to residential projects, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and delivery conditions.
- Collaborate with project leaders to define procurement requirements and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with procurement laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, facilitating corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop procurement strategies that support project timelines and budgets.
- Generate detailed procurement reports and present to senior management to inform decision-making processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, specifically in residential construction or real estate development.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in procurement software, contract management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in residential project procurement.
