A leading company operating in the car rental and transportation sector is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join its dynamic team. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mobility solutions, exceptional customer service, and maintaining a reliable and diverse vehicle fleet.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The Corporate Sales Executive – B2B will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing corporate client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, maintaining long-term partnerships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and market analysis

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through corporate partnerships, and agencies.
  • Lead, train, manage and develop the sales team effectively.
  • Manage and expand the existing client base while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Oversee sales and rental operations to ensure smooth performance.
  • Prepare sales reports, statistics, and performance analyses.
  • Coordinate internally between departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Handle administrative duties and prepare related management reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Corporate or B2B sales
    .
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional corporate presence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.
  • Good analytical skills with a market-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
