Job Description
Due to the company’s new strategy, an exciting opportunity has been created to add an Associate Director to our Strategic Analytics & Insights team based in Riyadh.
The Associate Director will help grow our business across core industries (Automotive, Telecom, Finance, and government) and clients in the area of consumer insights, innovation, and analytics solutions. The purpose of this role is to accelerate top line growth and deliver profitable results by delivering against opportunities in client‑facing work and helping our clients achieve higher ROI with key business‑question expertise.
Responsibilities- Business development: open new client relationships, understand business needs, and maintain client briefs.
- Develop research design, proposals, and budget estimates.
- Negotiate contracts, brief and train the execution team.
- Design questionnaires, interview/discussion guides, and analyze data.
- Provide conclusions, solid recommendations, and present findings from proposal to analysis stage.
- Evaluate results, control costs, and manage budgets.
- Act as main link resource to clients, building and maintaining close relationships with decision makers.
- Gather and summarize field and secondary data.
- Project manage cross‑functional teams (analysts, field staff, administration).
- Require at least 10 years of experience in research‑related fields, preferably in similar research roles.
- Experience in custom/adhoc survey‑based research, particularly consumer insight or brand‑tracking, customer experience, or U&A solutions.
- Experience in automotive, financial services, telecom, and government sectors is crucial.
- Analytical with excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational, project management, and attention to detail, delivering results accurately and on time.
- Strong client‑handling skills and the ability to build relationships and add value to projects.
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, with initiative, creative thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
