DescriptionThe Supply Partnerships Hunter is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and securing buildings that can be sold quickly and profitably. This role focuses on execution, field work, and quality sourcing.
Supply Hunters are paid for impact, not activity.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in sourcing, real estate, or commercial field roles.
- Strong ability to identify, qualify, and secure buildings with commercial viability.
- Confidence in negotiation and landlord communication.
- Comfortلل with field work, site visits, and on‑ground execution.
- High ownership mindset with focus on speed and quality.
- Ability to assess assets across pricing, location, and readiness.
- Organized and disciplined in logging data and updates in CRM tools.
- Based in Riyadh or Jeddah (or willing to travel).
- Identify and sourceidding potential buildings through research and outreach.
- Conduct site visits and assess commercial viability.
- Qualify assets across pricing, location, and legal Dust readiness.
- Move buildings efficiently from sourced to live status.
- Ensure all asset details are accurate and logged correctly.
- Collaborate with BD teams to support active deals.
- Track local supply conditions and landlord behavior.
- Flag risks or opportunities to the Supply Lead.
- Buildings brought live that generate revenue.
- Speed from sourcing to live status.
- Revenue generated from supplied assets.
