AboutThe Role
We are looking for a motivated and driven candidate to support the growth of our Facilities Management business in the Kingdom. This role is suited to someone early in their career but confident, commercially minded, and comfortable building relationships. You will play a hands-on role in opening doors, developing local networks, and supporting new business opportunities across key sectors. This is a front-facing role that requires strong local market knowledge, energy, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with local clients, consultants, landlords, developers, and operators.
- Identify new business opportunities within the Saudi FM market, including hard and soft services.
- Support meetings, introductions, and follow-ups with potential clients and partners.
- Assist in market mapping, lead generation, and competitor awareness.
- Represent the business professionally at meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Work closely with senior leadership to progress opportunities from early engagement through to tender.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have:
Required Profile- Saudi national (preferably).
- Good understanding of the Facilities Management market in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong local network or the ability to build one quickly.
- Confident communicator in Arabic and English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Commercially aware with an interest in sales and relationship development.
- Presentable, professional, and credible when dealing with senior stakeholders.
- Previous experience in Facilities Management, real estate, construction, or property services.
- Exposure to business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with corporate, retail, education, or mixed-use developments.
