We are looking for a talented and motivated Program Manager in Riyadh to join our global team. This role is the first ground hire to project manage major education projects with a focus on public sector institutions and strategic educational objectives. You will serve as a consultant, project manager, change‑maker, data analyst, and implementation specialist, delivering successful projects in your assigned territory.

• Set up and implement learning programs that involve thousands of learners, building and maintaining client loyalty, satisfaction and success.
• Work closely with current or potential clients to define clear KPIs, success criteria, and deliverables, identifying actions for continuous improvement in their learning outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and training workshops to teachers.
• Report to clients on the success of learning programs to drive results, achieve renewals, and assist in growing accounts, regularly monitoring learning KPIs and account plans.
• Foresee and react to problems rapidly with creative solutions.
• Contribute to best practices for all other team members to ensure successful design and delivery of language training.
• Provide project management skills and advice to Sales teams during tenders and negotiations.
• Be available to travel 30-50% of the time to visit clients.
• Responsibilities will evolve over time as the business grows.

• Highly organized, tech‑savvy and customer‑driven program manager who can deliver on promises and hit KPIs.
• Experience in K‑12 education, especially in the public sector, is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient in Arabic and English.
• Strong relational and influencing skills with a confident presence.
• Strong project management experience.
• Bachelor or master’s degree in education, public policy / management, international relations, economics, or a similar field is preferred.
• Confident with technology platforms such as Salesforce.
