We’re hiring:Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving meaningful change — supporting team leadership, transforming data into powerful insights, developing actionable recommendations, and delivering compelling client presentations across multi‑sector initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead analytical execution and deliver high-quality client outputs
- Contribute to problem‑solving and day‑to‑day client management
- Translate innovative ideas into clear, client‑ready insights and recommendations
- Support and, where appropriate, own client communications
- Guide and mentor analyst team members and oversee research efforts
- Participate in and occasionally drive firm‑wide initiatives
- 4+ years of experience in consulting (management consulting preferred)
- Strong client‑facing experience with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment and initiative
- Strong analytical skillset with proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia (National transferable Iqama)
