Operating Lease Sales Supervisor (Leasing & Rental)

Role Purpose

Lead and supervise the regional Operating Lease sales team to drive revenue growth, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction through effective sales strategy execution and team performance management.

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Performance
  • Develop annual regional sales plans and budgets aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions.
  • Recommend regional sales strategies, including pricing, stock planning, and diversification opportunities.
  • Track KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, reporting results to management.
Sales Operations & Business Development
  • Set and manage sales targets, including revenue, CSI, NPS, and geographic coverage.
  • Lead customer engagements, negotiate operating lease solutions, and ensure timely contract execution and unit delivery.
  • Coordinate with Fleet and Operations teams on unit availability and ordering plans.
  • Drive growth of leasing and heavy equipment rental businesses.
  • Oversee government and private sector tenders, ensuring compliance and competitive offerings.
  • Monitor customer feedback and complaints (VOC) and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support marketing initiatives and provide commercial guidance to regional business units.
People Management
  • Set team objectives, monitor performance, and manage KPIs.
  • Conduct performance planning, appraisals, coaching, and career development.
  • Address employee grievances, recommend disciplinary actions, and participate in recruitment and promotion processes.
Reporting & Governance
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc sales reports and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and workflows in internal systems.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or related field with 8 years of experience
    ,
  • or Diploma in Business Management / Sales with relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Sales strategy, negotiation, and customer management
  • Financial and commercial acumen
  • Market analysis and reporting skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with high self-discipline
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English
