Senior Associate

TAM is a Saudi publicly listed company driving sustainable public transformation through digital solutions and advisory services for public and private sector clients, partnering with 50+ government entities under Saudi Vision 2030.

As a Senior Associate, you'll play a key role in driving meaningful change — supporting team leadership, transforming data into powerful insights, developing actionable recommendations, and delivering compelling client presentations across multi‑sector initiatives.

• Lead analytical execution and deliver high‑quality client outputs
• Contribute to problem‑solving and day‑to‑day client management
• Translate innovative ideas into clear, client‑ready insights and recommendations
• Support and, where appropriate, own client communications
• Guide and mentor analyst team members and oversee research efforts
• Participate in and occasionally drive firm‑wide initiatives

• 4+ years of experience in consulting (management consulting preferred)
• Strong client‑facing experience with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and initiative
• Strong analytical skillset with proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia (National  transferable Iqama)
