Business Development Manager – Sabbar

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across Retail, F&B, and Hospitality enterprises, owning market expansion, enterprise partnerships, and high-impact revenue opportunities powered by Saud.

What you will do:
  • Own and grow enterprise relationships across key industries, building long-term partnerships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business leaders.
  • Drive strategic new business development
    , from identifying high-potential accounts to closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Lead discovery and solution design with senior decision-makers to uncover hiring challenges and position AI-driven recruitment solutions with clear business ROI.
  • Develop and execute industry-specific go-to-market strategies for Retail, F&B, and Hospitality segments.
  • Deliver executive-level demos and presentations that connect AI capabilities to operational efficiency, cost reduction, and hiring speed.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape enterprise pricing, packaging, and expansion strategies.
  • Maintain strong visibility into pipeline health, forecasts, and strategic accounts using Hub Spot CRM.
  • Represent Sabbar in executive meetings, industry events, and strategic forums to strengthen brand presence and enterprise credibility.
What we're looking for:
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, HRTech, or enterprise solutions, with a strong focus on business development and strategic accounts.
  • Proven ability to open new markets, build partnerships, and close enterprise-level deals
    .
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi enterprise landscape and how large employers make buying decisions.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
    , with excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Organized, driven, and motivated by exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable using Hub Spot or similar CRMs and modern sales tools.
