We are looking for a seasoned management senior consultant to join our client's consulting team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play an important role in developing business and delivering projects in a high-quality manner for high-profile clients. He/she will provide insights to our clients to help in improving their organizations and developing and optimizing their talents.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and attend client meetings to source business opportunities
  • Offer strategic and practical solutions to client problems
  • Conduct necessary research to establish ideal solutions for client's business
  • Present findings to clients in a concise and clear manner
  • Identify opportunities for improved processes
  • Contribute to the creation of deliverables
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of a client project and assist in practice and solution development
  • Manage client relationships on projects and ensure positive impact and sustainable results
  • Assess the depth required, translate the analysis into useful findings, and quality assure the results
  • Take ownership of the overall project and delivery as per commitments to client
    • Qualifications
  • A master's degree or CiPD or equivalent qualification in management such as PMP
  • 10 years of experience, of which at least five years in consulting service in a reputed firm
  • He/she must have exposure in at least two disciplines (strategy articulation, OD, Reward, Process Improvement, etc.)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (orally and written)
