Job SummaryThe Procurement Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The role focuses on vendor management, contract negotiation, cost optimization, and compliance with company policies and local regulations while supporting overall business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and budget requirements.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes including requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors.
Monitor market trends, supplier risks, and cost drivers to identify opportunities for savings and efficiency.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and Saudi regulations.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as finance, operations, and project teams to forecast procurement needs.
Oversee contract management, renewals, and dispute resolution with suppliers.
Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and performance metrics for management review.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate procurement team members where applicable.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
Experience working with ERP or procurement management systems.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent analytical and cost-optimization abilities.
Knowledge of local Saudi market practices and supplier networks is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
