A leading global organization providing innovative solutions and services across multiple industries. The company is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee client accounts, drive growth, and ensure long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day delivery and operations for assigned client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations and performance.
  • Assist in budget management and cost control for client accounts.
  • Define and track key performance metrics in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within client accounts.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in account delivery, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Continuous learner with awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies.
