Our client plays a central role in transforming the Kingdom’s housing landscape. As part of its continued growth and impact, our client is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead enterprise-wide commercial strategy, sales performance, customer experience, and market positioning at scale.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer
, this is a leadership role with real influence over revenue, brand, customer journeys, and long-term value creation across one of the Kingdom’s most visible and mission-driven organizations.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the heart of growth agenda. You will own and orchestrate the full commercial lifecycle — from go-to-market strategy and pricing discipline to customer experience, sales planning, and community engagement.

You will lead the integration of sales, marketing, branding, CX, and commercial governance
, ensuring the company presents a unified, trusted, and value-driven proposition to residents, stakeholders, and government partners.

This is a role for a commercial leader who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and who can balance commercial performance with national responsibility

What We’re Looking For

Given the scale and strategic importance of this role, candidates should demonstrate:

  • 15+ years’ experience in real estate or a closely related sector, with 7+ years in senior executive leadership roles
  • Proven ownership of commercial strategy, sales leadership, and revenue performance at enterprise level
  • Strong experience working across pricing, forecasting, target setting, and commercial governance
